I still remember when CIMB enter Spore many years ago rate was good and then later annual fee for credit card free forever which still hold true to this day. Unfortunately more competition come onboard and for this month my monies not with them.

Btw early termination of their FD no penalty I can confirm as I did that recently this year. They are so much better than others who levy penalty. But their lack of ATM across Spore is their minus point even they in Spore many years

Agree. But I was informed ICBC even bigger than BOC but in Spore BOC more branches and presence. ICBC FD start as low as $500 I think which is the lowest minimum I know of for Spore FD
