If the govt can think of something like erp2, they can think of how to make sure they pay their taxes. It's only a matter of whether they want or not.

This is because the Gov allow motor dealers to bid on your behalf. The motor dealers do not care about the price of COE as long as they can manage to sell you their cars.

The Gov should forbid motor dealers to bid for you. You should bid for yourself and usually you can be rational in the bids. 

But G not so stoopid, the higher the COE, the better it is for their revenue. It is huat time for the G.
