They lost control of covid outbreak and had to spend millions to control it. With money, anything can be done.
But the point is- Why didn't PAP prevent it when public already sounded the alarm before it happened? Worst, it re- occurred under Tan SL. China Embassy had to step in to help PAP.
Put them on cruise, free food, free wifi, pay $100 per day for each quarantined worker . . .
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
