Talking about mooncakes, the best ive tasted is the Crystal skin durian mooncake from Goodwood park hotel.
Not too sweet. Just right.

I prefer the traditional skin... Somehow I can't handle the crystal skin or jelly type of skin. But OK with the yam fried style kind of skin. I'm just too old fashioned China man mindset... Lol
