In Australia, citizens and PRs are treated the same, PRs can buy any properties they like without restrictions….foreigners can only buy newly built homes and pay higher taxes

huh? I thought foreigners can buy the land? Last know the locals quite piss off on foreigners especially those rich PRC Bid the land so high till the locals find it hard to bid for it.

Foreigners can only buy newly developed land….many Asians including PRCs are citizens and PRs, Aussies thought they are foreigners, they are not…Aussies dislike rich Asians who use cash buy multimillion dollars properties, racism and jealousy play a part.
