Latest update. I met the seller and indeed the item was given to me free of charge. It's not an expensive thing but I can't find it anywhere.
So it's not a gimmick but the seller simply wants to clear her house but find it a pity to throw them away.

certain things are easier to get rid of if free. like 2nd tv, monitors, washer, fridge, baby trolley, bikes,.... otherwise gotta pay movers to dispose of them
