Than stacking BTO flats?
One of my relative told me stacking those BTO flats is fast but come carpark need more time to construct is it true?

Flat units can be prefabricated and stack up, whereas carpark cannot. Especially basement carparks which are aso expensive to build

Basement car parks may be more difficult to build than multi-storey flats, but surface car parks are a walk in the park.....................
