How much HDB property taxes have you paid this year  Vs 20 years ago?

Continuously paying higher and higher HDB property taxes year after year is a bottomless sinkhole if you intended to live thru 99 years lease period.

Land office simply adjust HDB property valuation higher each year and happily, you pay.
