Suggesting Asean Chairman Hun Sen should convene an emergency meeting with 8 other members W/O Singapore to continue discussion on improving  further Trade relationship with Russia .

Including importing of deeply discounted cheap crude oil and wheat from Russia.

Reason for not inviting Singapore is to respect Singapore's unilateral sanction imposed on Russia.

W/O Singapore's present, the 10-1 members together can also discuss on other important issues too.

For now, Singapore's sanction must be respected.

Singapore will be included only when PM Lee decided to lift sanction on Russia

But until then, remaining 9 Asean members should plan to invite Russian President Putin to discuss on  Asean/Russia future relationship.

It's the Best opportunity, to collectively negotiate a large military arms, weaponry and missiles deal (possibly including space technology)
