Changes to polytechnic year 1 admission criteria, secondary school graduating exams

Student population has been dropping over the yrs. Better lower the admission criteria to take in more

 is the birth issue and also more going for deg cert.
The std of poly today is shadow of the past, to lower the criteria make no sense.

It was what can be offered. 
If want to prompt continuous learning, then should implement short module courses with
can added onto diploma cert to higher diploma or specialize diploma.

you cannot be promoting self improvement without thinking if the cert will be recognised
or employer will allow people time to study. Private sector not govt sector is key to the success.

And if continuous learning take too much time, who would think of make babies.
