The std of poly today is shadow of the past, to lower the criteria make no sense.

If want to prompt continuous learning, then should implement short module courses with
can added onto diploma cert to higher diploma or specialize diploma.

you cannot be promoting self improvement without thinking if the cert will be recognised
or employer will allow people time to study. Private sector not govt sector is key to the success.

And if continuous learning take too much time, who would think of make babies.

It is very expensive for foreign students to come here to study due to the exchange rate. And with the declining birth rate, most of the institutions of higher learning are seeing fewer students in their faculties and departments.
