Changi: The 'world's best airport' experiencing tech issues and delays
Fri March 31, 2023

Hong Kong(CNN)Singapore's Changi is often hailed as the world's best airport and is considered "a destination in itself," but that reputation is at risk as the city-state's border control authority warned of delays and long queues due to a technical issue with its immigration systems on Friday, March 31.

The award organiser shd set up rules. After getting the title, in 3 mths time, if encountering any big issue, the title/ranking will be taken away/dropped.

Not too bad. I cleared the terminal 3 immigration in 1/2 hour at around 2:00 pm Much faster than expected although there were only 5 counters manually using PCs. It took me even longer to clear at the destination.

Omi.. Thank you for bumping up the message.
