Changing the definition of fully vaccinated is more than a semantics, cos there are different interpretation of fully vaccinate.  In the case of the Omicron virus, fully vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccine is misleading.  To combat against Covid-19, Omicron viruses a booster jab is necessary.......
