By saying they are going after hamas means they can shoot and bomb hamas even if hamas is in building with innocent civilians?
It's like saying it's okay to shoit at a crowd because a murderer or robber is in the crowd.
Of course an evil pepertrator will use others to hide, it is natural for him to use such strategy...but that does not make it okay to kill any civilians.
