the store clerk call police and asked for a white man to be escorted off the property for causing a disturbance. The cops approached the man who then points at the black man and says he assaulted me. Then the cops when after a deaf man with cerebral palsy.

I watched it on .25 speed just to be sure. He put his arms up in self-defense after the officer put his hands up in attack. I'm not seeing their account that he attacked first??

he was on a video call with his girlfriend and she showed up on scene when they lost connection. By the time he looked up the "cop" was lunging at him. It is reasonable that his startle reflex kicked in when he saw the thug coming for him.

Judge stated that Tyron McAlpin, who is deaf and has cerebral palsy is to face 3 charges after a pair of Phoenix police officers punched and tasered him.
