This is as good as flipping prata now. After marrying here and giving birth to few children, you ask her to learn English otherwise balek kampong.
This Vietnamese learn Mandarin very fast but not English.

Most China people can’t converse in simple English to begin with.
And for those who are competent enough in English, they head straight to USA and Australia for the good life that China can’t give them.
So such a test won’t make any difference to them also.
