Chinese astronauts are barred from accessing Internationsl Space Station, ISS, why is Uncle Sam so mean? China should block their astronauts as well.

The Chinese had seen how the Yanks deal with terrorist after 9/11...the outcome wasn't pretty with 2 majors wars that last for 20 years. Tell me why would any one wanna repeat those mistakes ?
