Traditional cpu's are SISD (Single Instruction Single Data), AI chips are SIMD (Single Instruction Multiple Data) architectures, with many simpler and similar processing units doing the same calculations on different data streams, suitable for graphical pattern and many neural net computations in parallel

What ia the performance in terms of TOPS.

Usually the processor is good enough for mobile AI applications.
