SINGAPORE: Private home prices in Singapore jumped 10.6 per cent in 2021, quickening from a 2.2 per cent increase the year before

during covid, many new launches jumped from 1500 to 1800, 1600 to 2000, 2000 to 2400, 2400 to 2800, 3000 to 3500 psf, and many sold out or almost sold out
