Don't think this will help much. Most AT peasants already tio sux dry dry in recent years and no more new income for them to spend. While Foreigners already tasted the bitter lesson of realizing how hard it will be for them to withdraw their investment out of CCP land when thing got bad. So it will take idiots like our higher mortals to continue believing dip dip in CCP economy and wanted to throw more $$$ into investing AT land.
