河北廊坊全面取消限購及限售 含雄安新區周邊

日前，河北廊坊市發布《廊坊紮實推動全市經濟平穩健康發展的一攬子措施及配套政策明白卡》。其中有一條是《關於支持房地產業良性循環和健康發展的六條政策措施》引人關注。在該文件中，廊坊市正式官宣：全面取消戶籍、社保個稅等方面不適應當前房地產市場形勢的「限制性購房條件」。同時還特意強調：對「北三縣」(包括三河市、大廠回族自治縣以及香河縣)和「雄安新區周邊」的住房限售年限要求也全面取消。

“廊坊取消限购信号意义较大，预计8月或有更多用足用好政策工具箱的措施落地。”国金证券分析师杜昊旻表示：“虽然廊坊（包括北三县）在去年底已经在执行层面逐步松绑限购，但其市场表现依然较为低迷，而此次环京城市正式官宣取消限购，信号意义更为强烈，高能级城市或有松绑预期。”
