Kenneth Jeyaretnam given 8th Pofma order, under police probe over possible offences under contempt laws

The latest Pofma order relates to a June 15 Facebook post in which he suggested that the Government sets artificially high land prices for sale to the Housing and Development Board, among other false claims.

Why should he be issued pofma? These are his hypotheses and he's free to suggest them for discussion. Similarly, the govt can retort him and give their side of the story. Dun see why pofma should be used.

Now I know why they always get generals to helm ministries and stat boards. Cos they'll blindly obey any instructions pass down by their bosses. If asked to oppress the oppo and ppl they'll do it without thinking.
