This 6th newly discovered Lunar mineral is rather strange...it is made up of crystal shaped like diamond's.
Since the finding was published near 中秋节 - the mineral is given the scientific name "Changesite-(Y)"

Actually, the Chinese did that too using CH5 return samples...Just that another of their Moon findings wasn't widely covered by certain MSM..
I am curious - Why do you consider Chinese discoveries as "useless" without understanding the basics ?
China’s lunar lander Chang’E-5 delivered the first real-time, on-site definitive confirmation of water signal in the basalt’s rocks and soil via onboard spectral analysis in 2020. The finding was validated through laboratory analysis of samples the lander returned in 2021.

Which part of the Moon project says not looking for water?
The FACT is only the Chinese's exploration is able to confirm actual traces of H2O content in Moon's regolith where CH5 has landed in 2020.
The FUN Fact is even the Americans with their Apollo samples has so far fail to share any Water findings since their last Moon mission in 1972.

Soon US will make a territorial claim that the moon and all its mineral are US properties as they were the first to land on the moon. This will likely lead to territorial dispute on the moon and WW3 will likely be fought on the moon too. .....
