Was at suntec and caught a toy that’s dirty and the stain couldn’t be removed. Ask for a change but was told “strictly no changing of toys, if it’s dirty or faulty then too bad”.
Not asking to change other toys but just another one of the same.
Seems like they just throw all the “faulty” toys in for people to catch and just say “cannot change” instead of warning people there’s defects on the toy and player catching at their own risk.
