Gambling is in the Chinese DNA. Mahjong is already a form of gambling.

Big ticket gamblings in the casinos by the Chinese have been going on for the longest time. And they don't gamble with money they earned. They gamble with money they received from shady sources

When we were about to open the two casinos, Gloria Arroyo came to Singapore to propose hiring Pinoys because they spoke English. Her mission was successful.

Later the work pass of these Pinoys were not renewed and instead, Chinese casino workers were in demand because the big ticket gamblers were the Chinese.

Eat grass. It is legal in the Philippines and illegal in China.

China can seek PAP's help to impose a heavy entrance fee for their citizens when entering the joint. This is win win as less PRC Chinese will gamble and Singapore can collect more fees.   Big Grin

I used to be all about hitting up casinos, but then I discovered the world of slot online games. It was actually during a trip to Singapore when I first stumbled upon them. My buddies and I were wandering around, looking for something fun to do that didn't involve blowing all our cash. That's when we found this cozy little cafe tucked away, and they had these awesome slot online machines. We ended up spending hours there, laughing, competing, and yeah, maybe winning a little too. The best part? No pressure to keep pouring money in like at a casino.
