Depending on the expiry date and how many packs they smoke each day. Actually govt should move away from fines and jail term for some offences. If kena caught with the unpaid duties whatever the product, just get the persons involved to finish all the product in a give time frame. I'm sure this will deter offences.

For example, the 2 guys should be given X number of days to finish smoking all the cigarettes, just lock them in a room to enjoy it. For drug offences, let them consume all the drugs right away so don't even need to jail them.

For traffic offences, legal parking just impound the car each time and all the cars under his or her name and household address. For not giving right of way at zebra crossing, send them to jaga at zebra crossing for 12hrs shift for min of 1 mth and goes higher each time they repeat the offence.

Suddenly so many volunteers for stuff we can't get free labour for.

Depending on the scope of traffic offence, cos many traffic offense carries a demerit point.......accumulate 24 points the license will be gantong..............
