I think he like me, got mental depression, shd go see psychiatric at the IMH or NUH...

if u got mental issue problem,, go to NUH,,, dont go IMH.

i go IMH there before, IMH sxxk,, u are surround by 4 wall, cannot see sunlight like prison.. the room is too small..
it will make your depression or anxiety increase 10 fold..

NUH, the ward vey big, u can see outside and walk here and there chat with fellow patient, but u cannot leave the ward, unless doctor give 
permission for those who are less seriously sick.. i was allow to go kopitiam everyday for a few hour.

and at NUH the pateint mostly are not so violent like IMH..most are only suffer depression and anxiety disorder.

I am on lexparo, doctor just change me to this drug, it work very well..
i no longer panic nor anxious if there are commotion in my family or outside,

it is nothing wrong to have mental issue , now many ppl got this problem, OCD
it will be something wrong later if u dont seek help...

be kind to yourself and loved one.

Mental health issues are on the increase because we live in the most expensive city in the world, we are mired in depth because housing and cars are the most expensive globally and things move at such a fast pace here.  If even PMEs feel the rising cost of living, then how about the hoi polloi struggling to put food on the table daily?
