I got know this ex civil servant go complain the Management .

after than EPIC HR director call him even his department manager, director can say " why u go complain "

end up is indeed " ownself check ownself " and this ex civil servant piss off how it work than resign.

Perhaps this a " trick " in civil service to so call make you automatic resign for good.

whereas the top continue happy collect easy money doing nothing. This is Why you just go Gov.sg , go see the ministries all the Same old names those directors , deputy directors , managers for YEARS. Hardly you can see changes on the top levels inside civil sevrices.

I guess now some is smart they leak out to PUBLIC , because now ONLY Govt will action when Public whistle blow on Social media etc.
