The are 42 REITs and property trusts listed on the SGX also account for 12% of Singapore's stock market. Due to the challenging operating environment, there have not been many new REIT listings in Singapore. Date: Oct 2023.

SASSEUR: As a stock happy go up, not happy can, can come down, like today morning & afternoon it not holding like at @0.685 but between 0.675 - 0.680 to show players...to be abit happy, (no ehh, a big NO lehh). Yesterday 06/02/2025, closed @0.685. plus +.005 or up 0.7% good try from players. It a good stock to hold. But today Friday 7/02/2025, so, so only. It closed @0.680, -.005. Let see coming Monday good, hold or down?.
