Govt tender also one thing , they always will get SAME sub contractors why? Because the staffs can save time easy for them no need guide the new sub con what to do etc also getting the SAME old sub con they know " their jak liao bee working culture "

Directors, managers also having easy time themselves since they know the sub con well.
