To comply to zero emission 2030: ExxonMobil/ Shell oil refinery should close their operation in Singapore.

Both are causing massive flooding and air  pollution as well as health hazard not only in Singapore but to the world

They are not welcome

ExxonMobil should go back to USA

While Shell Oil to Netherland.

Singapore can survive without them
