Patek Philippe watch worth 1.8m?? How come keep such a valuable watch @ home unlocked? Oso got blow up price or not? I know dis days some watches can cost a sizeable fortune but what kind a patek philippe iz 1.8m?

Possibly one of those limited collectors' items. Most expensive Patek Philippe ever sold at US$31M.

these are so direct. there are other cases like lift change. buy units in estate. get into management of mcst.
seek lift change due to old already. tell must have lift consultant to overseas the delivery quality but no stated date line. then as time past the lift some how did not complete changed in first contract of consultancy. so second consultancy needed. in the end the lift change may be like $1m the consultancy maybe 100k each time and 2x 200k. just telling story only, but think in real life sure got happen. so be aware of there is need for consultancy the amount must be for entire project and not related to mcst management to avoid such scamming tricks to take money from rich mcst pool of money

residents must be very careful with the expenditures and sinking funds. check the accounts regularly make sure there's no misuse of the money, everything is accountable for
