Another cock hairbrained scheme. Long time ago it cost 10 cents for returned bottles but it died a natural death..The karang guni man used to come along to buy these empty bottles.

I like the idea except when it is by PAP means
poorly managed, no enforcement, lack review, cannot use reports to tell us effectiveness . . . .

Coming to the point on service charge, I think our govt must put in enforcement that these charges be really given to the service staff, and not to the business itself.
