there is why opposition parties need to raise this issue in parliament.

WP is quiet and will not raise.
PSP is busy with PMET job issues and will not raise.

need more parties like SDP in parliament to raise.

BTO is priced according to surrounding resale prices.
BTO is not priced to income. Lawrence Wong is wrong when he said BTO is priced to income.

if the surrounding resale is $1 millions, BTO will price to $700k - $800k.
if the surrounding resale is $2 millions, BTO will price to $1.5 millions - $1.7 millions.

if the surrounding resale is $2 millions and BTO is priced to $1 millions, all singaporeans will earn $1 millions by selling BTO after 5 years.

Only way to keep prices down, make MOP at least 30 years. Else return the flat to HDB!
