8-month-old becomes youngest severe COVID case in Taiwan. Baby had high fever, convulsions, and low blood pressure.

16,906 COVID cases reported in New Taipei, 10,283 in Taipei, and 7,006 in Taoyuan

Taiwan’s Health Minister rejected the suggestion of mass testing, when Taoyuan county did mass testing, the person in charge was scolded, he had to come out apologise for his ‘wrongdoing’.  Sad  Taiwan has covered up for so long now backfired.  Confused

While Spore has conducted 4 million tests per million population, HK has done 5.9 million per million, Taiwan has only done 650k per million. No test means no cases?  Thinking
