Council for Estate Agencies reports data leak affecting over 3,000 individuals 

A data leak on 21 January 2025 exposed the names and NRIC numbers of 3,320 individuals due to a technical issue in the Council for Estate Agencies’ IT system. The affected data was sent to 18 unintended recipients. The agency has apologised and launched an investigation.
