Couple buying BTO should both register ownership.

One registered as owner &  the other registered as essential occupier to avoid paying stamp duty for 2nd property.  Couple enjoy huge privilege when buying BTO flat.  

If only 1 registered as owner, shouldn't their Grant, flat type purchase eligibility & balloting chance be the same as Single Scheme?

No wonder more housing need to be built though the population is declining......
