Most Singaporeans are fatigued not because they work very hard, but they'd rather relax first before last minute rushing to finish the job. This is different from the Europeans esp the Germans, who take a very serious view to working in the office and remain very focus on their jobs until knock-off. Then they'll go back home, relax and not touch their work anymore.

It is rather confusing that the title of a medical doctor and a PhD doctor share the same initials. I tend to agree with your statement that we need govt. support for the middle class to get 'middle class' jobs.....
