Most Singaporeans are fatigued not because they work very hard, but they'd rather relax first before last minute rushing to finish the job. This is different from the Europeans esp the Germans, who take a very serious view to working in the office and remain very focus on their jobs until knock-off. Then they'll go back home, relax and not touch their work anymore.

At least Tan See Leng listens to me, lah.  But I will still not vote for PAP because JoTeo just sit and lay eggs. She cannot think clearly and just shoot blank all the time.

As I said 2 years ago, if so difficult just learn from Australia to manage by different sectors.

I want a "Thank You"  Note from Tan SL!

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

The whole Govt is ludricrous.

It is obvious that MOE did not do the right job for decades with such tight quota that forbades our locals to build up knowledge for Future jobs.

Now, they try to set up Task Force to make the locals study again? This silly cycle will repeat and locals will study and study!

This idea will not consider the elderly and will still leave this issue as a black mark on Tan SL's KPI.

Not sure if his PHD is just another paper that is nothing worthy?

Already overpaid and still need Task Force with so many JLB ie Dr Koh to WAYANG.

At the end, the problem for the 2 of 5 Age Groups will not be solved at all.

It is just another lame excuse to send us for a new round of Wild Goose Chase.

In Singapore we are focusing on the elderly, those 60 years and above as we battle the Covid-19, looks like the young and not so young are less prone to this disease..... nudie

Immunity for the jabbed go down by 4% per week
Elderly immunity is lower so u expect trouble to come sooner
We have infor by end of December 2021, the elderly either succumbs to the disease or die.
And all ages to 30 immunity will be at zero. Meaning any wild mushroom can get them
Ages below 30 Drama will start around end March 2022

He was doctor.

Days of easy outsourcing is ending globally.
Sg need to act fast
Minister should list out what the key sectors.
It must have good prospects or some long term essential skills.

There should plan which are the sectors elderly can be placed.
Enough middle class jobs for Singaporeans middle age.

Strategic planning a must to build sustainable workforce.

It is rather confusing that the title of a medical doctor and a PhD doctor share the same initials. I tend to agree with your statement that we need govt. support for the middle class to get 'middle class' jobs..... Clapping
