My friend's whole family of 4 members all got covid over the weekend but only she see doctor
Another friend's cousin and hubby went F1, both kena covid, too

Tuesday figures are always higher..cos it includes backlog from some who fell ill on Saturday
and Sunday, but only went to doc/ polyclinic on Monday afternoon

Anybody know if vitamin D really help? Last time was taking Vitamin D and was close contact with my son. Didn't infect by him.
Now no more vit D with me and another son got covid.

Booster is often 1 year late so not much help
Like my elderly neighbour 70+
got his 2nd booster in June but was infected in beginning Sept 2022
Fell ill for 7 to 10 days

Vacc is not fool-proof. up to a certain extent only. and you have to bear the risk of serious side effects like potential kidney and/ or heart problems.
Weigh the benefits and risks esp old guys, carefully.
