Those who are vaccinated have some immunity. If not then the whole worldwide vaccination was a  failure of epic proportions.

Those who have not been vaccinated or delayed their booster.... it's good for them to be raped by the virus. The less covid virgins there are, the higher is our national immunity.

I am sure 90% of the members think like you. We are no longer yang. Go there, kia lai kia ker, peepur watching, cannot find loo easily, no proper place to sit, we have been through all those late night street parties which we now consider to be self imposed torture. 

But we still have a sizeable percentage of yang peepur. Our foreign workers are all yang and for them it's a novelty to converge there for their IG. They will add significant numbers to our small yang sinkie population and hence energy and vibrancy. The Pinoys and Cecas are especially good dancers.

Sometime is funny I know korea happen few years back. Whereas back in 90s if i can recall , we have the same party that time is really squeeze still shoulder to shoulder yet end of the day the event successful end. Without any incident.

Other countries have a different education system... Not talking about how we teach math or science but the way the village raises its peepur. 

Here we are educated from very young to listen to the government.. Credit is also due, they did not squander the peepur' trust.. 

So you can see how everybody or at least most peepur kept a safe distance when told, returned trays without getting fined one after the other. We do this regardless of whether we support Oyk or RK

Therefore when told not to push, to line up in an orderly manner to enter and exit, we obey. Singaporeans are easy to govern because they are very obedient. 

Fortunately for us, foreigners learned fast to obey our laws and follow our government's instructions in times of crisis or at crowded events like this street party.

Of course there are some foreigners who don't listen but the same goes for some locals who think they are sovereign. But the deviant ones are a minority and we can manage.
