Time to ban personal car in Sg.

Car population shd cut down another 200k
This will also help in Climate Change.

Once Car population drops substantially, COE will become white elephant.

except for office hrs i see alot alot less traffic on the road
singlon old man crosses road first see right than left
no theory just see I have all the time in the world to investigate
