The Kembangan one seems good with new amenities being built and it's right next to the MRT station.

The Crawford Street one is really good as it is next to a hawker centre and has access to many shops. Across the road is the park connector.

From the map, I cannot determine where the one at Geylang Bahru is as there don't seem to be any empty plots there to build the flats.

The one at May Road is a bit far from Boon Keng MRT and its "centre". But it is next to a park connector.

The one at Mattar Station looks good as it is close to the hawker centre and of course, right next to the Mattar MRT station. Also next to the Park Connector although on the worse side of the canal. The other side's pathway is much wider.

The Ang Mo Kio one is a bit far from the town centre but still walkable. Best point about it is that it is next to the library and polyclinic. Across the road there is a big park too (AMK Town Garden West). So overall, great location.

The Pasir Ris ones are really good as the town centre is right across the road where the two malls, hawker centre, sports centre and MRT station are. The Pasir Ris Town Park is not too far away too.

The one near Jurong Lake Gardens has Sheng Siong and of course, Jurong Lake Gardens (further but walkable). There's also Superbowl Jurong.

The one at Woodlands has Marsiling Park across the road. That's about it.

Those not mentioned are not that great.

That location doesn't look good. The only good thing is the MRT station. It is kind of near to the beach but it will be a hassle to walk there as there may not be a direct route to it. There's also Siglap CC. The end.
