DBS CEO Piyush Gupta’s salary reaches S$17.6 million amid record-breaking 2024 performance 

Outgoing DBS CEO Piyush Gupta earned S$17.6 million in 2024, reflecting a 14.3% increase from 2022, as DBS posted record profits and shareholder returns. The bank expanded its digital and AI initiatives, strengthened its wealth management and institutional banking, and committed S$89 billion to sustainable financing. Gupta will step down in March 2025, with Tan Su Shan set to take over.
