IMO, DPM Wong also gave the DBS CEO a tight slap. Wong is wrong on his approach. Why ask the people to do a mindset shift when all the reward system from schools to workplace and even the govt top brass is but baset on material wealth as a mark of success?

What true change is not to have such manager mindset but to have a leader mindset. Take lead by changing the govt renumeration system away from wealth based. Change the selection or entry criteria for MPs, Presidential candidate etc. If you don't take the lead on top with real action, whatever said is just lips service.
