I had seen indian manager there said change this change that, but if you ask him don't you need to test it first?

There's probably complaints made before via various channel including whistleblower, something like this the comnittee will definitely won't look, is either no record keeping or no recollection, is a can of worms, do you want to open it?
If you open, all the dirt is like hitting the fans flying all over and die die has to be put in the report
i would imagine they have lousy planning or process dor chexk and balance, with incompetent lad in charge
Lousy doesn't mean little process, it can be overburdenedly way way too many processes that was no meaning but solely made for the person to justify his own existence that he created a lot of processes, approve this approve that but don't know what he approve, with lots of spreadsheets forms filling
