They had the same problem previously and still didn't learn from the mistake.

They should stop completely the campaign until they are 200% sure they won't have the slightest flaw again.

this will inadvertently create a very high traffic at ~08.00am and overload the system.
why not let the cash-back start after midnight, this will smoothen out the traffic flow.
I thought such basic design concepts should already been deeply ingrained for these engineers.

The propagandistic ST didn't dare to report about the morning Paylah crash because the DPM launched the campaign at 8 am at Punggol FC.

Likely it was an unpleasant situation but they painted a positive picture instead. LOL
