DC Scholars Realize De-Dollarization Trend Unstoppable
#1

The de-dollarization trend seems to be unstoppable, as countries of the world have been striving to reduce their dependence on the greenback, concludes a Washington, DC think tank, blaming the development on the US' weaponization of its currency.

The think tank noted that the process of "de-dollarization" is gaining steam, with the countries of the Global South looking for alternatives to the greenback.

The US scholars refer to world statistics indicating that the share of global reserves held in US dollars has contracted from 73% in 2001 to 58% in 2023.

The trend has gained momentum since the Biden administration's decision to slap sweeping sanctions on Russia and unplug it from the global financial system, according to the scholars. Washington's move has rattled many emerging economies, prompting them to seek alternatives, they say.

Many underdeveloped countries are fearful of US,  as US' weaponization of its currency and readily imposed sanction shutting down any country's economy like they did to Russia.

With EU and countries (Singapore) following US imposed sanction on Russia, unknowingly were speeding de-dollarization ..

Little pink and wumao still wet dreaming and PCC-ing in their own delusions and alternate universe. Even if de-dollarization really happened, the next in line to replace USD would still be AMDK EUR or even GBP following the same set of rules and same current world order. Not to mention under the wise leadership of winnie the status and trust of RMB would only be going down trend, not up.

There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.

But now, they'll only do it for money.

Pinky's lack of political acumen is clear for all to see.

His taking side on every major issues around the world end up offending every side.

If want to stay neutral and small, then keep his mouth shut like all other smart politicians around the world are doing.
