To reach any of the say habitable planets would take many many human generations. Until we come up with space craft that can move faster than light or we all perish on earth!

Nothing is certain until we are able to go to at least another one or two solar systems to find out the situation.

One thing is for sure, our earth is not special, when the position of a planet in any solar system is not too close and too far from its sun, it will be suitable for living creatures to live there, the temperature, the atmosphere and the water are there, there will be living beings emerge just like us.
