De- Dollarisation? Yuan falls to lows against the USD.
#1

When you want to de-dollqrise you have to make sure that nobody wants USD and its value plunge.

Fact is this the Yuan is falling g and falling against USD ever since China keep talking about de- dolllarisation.

Those who don't keep USD and kept Yuan instead will see losses in exchange rate...

US M2 money supply dropping, causing USD to strengthen lah.
Lesser USD in the market, USD strengthens.

Deflation is on the card. USD bonds become junk bonds, investors are not buying.

It is now getting more and more expensive to borrow $$$.
I am expecting banking sector will be the next one to be in trouble.

De-dollarisation is ongoing by 120+ countries in various forms. Nothing much to do with the daily fluctuation of the rmb.

Since BRICS member numbers are still growing and are using own currency or eventually, a single currency, then,  who cares about the movement of USD.

Eventually, producers of commodities and Oil from Saudi and UAE be priced @ BRICS currency

Their trades in USD will be much reduced.

Third world china currency is like banana notes. Worth lesser and lesser everyday.

Ah tiongs are also getting poorer and poorer because their money has less value LOL!

That's why many ah tiongs are trying to escape third world china and change their useless yuan into USD and other currency before they go bankrupt.

Brics and other initiatives is aimed at undermining USD position...

When you want to undermine  US,  dont KPKB complain when they clme after you...be it tariffs, restrictions etc.

Another prematur overreach by XJP that will backfire and move the G7 to turn its wheels against China.

Wisdom of Deng cast aside by Xi....Deng advised future leaders of China never present yourself as a threat. Xi will stir south china sea, Taiwan straits, indian border, hug Putin etc to whip up nationalist sentiment back home.

Usd very strong against other currencies, but very weak domestically. It's the same like sgd very strong against rm, but prices of local goods and foods aso keep going up.

And then you would hear some who claimed to be private investor boasting about how powerful his money in jb, but at home he could only afford to spend a few dollars a day

They do not know economics,
Most of Us digital money printed since 2010 , goes to emerging markets.
as it is lure back by the fEd rate.
Number have borrow in dollars over the decade will also have to pay high interests.
And with Us become more protective in trade, Liquid dollar outside Us is smaller.

finally Yuan peg against other currencies, tiong also want to inflate yuan to lessen debt
burden for those who borrow in Yuan.
With all the tariffs, tiong govt want Yuan to be strong meh.

Many here copy paste without thinking.
