越南公安部：多乐省警局遇袭是恐袭，嫌犯中有人是美国某组织成员

据越通社6月22日消息，越南公安部发布消息称，在19日至22日召开的联合国会员国反恐机构负责人高级别会议上，越南国内安全局局长范玉越指出了对越南国家安全构成危害的四个外部恐怖主义危机。他还表示，6月11日在越南多乐省发生的针对越南政府和人民的攻击行为是有组织的恐怖主义活动，嫌犯中有人是总部设在美国的某组织成员。

范玉越在发言时强调，越南强烈谴责并坚决打击一切形式的恐怖主义，支持各国和国际组织根据《联合国宪章》和国际法采取的反恐措施。越南暂无发生由国际恐怖组织或个人实施的恐怖活动，也没有发现其的分支机构。

范玉越指出，越南已确定了对国家安全构成危害的各种外部恐怖主义危机。越南驻外外交机构驻地是恐怖分子“针对”的对象之一；“伊斯兰国”武装分子从中东向东南亚转移的危机；恐怖主义组织和极端组织利用科学技术和社交网的发展向全球传播极端主义，越南是互联网用户数量较多的国家之一，因此受到影响的可能性较高；越南流亡反动组织和极端分子利用民族宗教问题在部分国家设立恐怖据点和分支机构，对成员进行培训并派人到越南指导实施针对执法力量和无辜平民的恐怖行为等。

范玉越称，6月11日，多乐省发生了一起恐怖袭击事件。两伙人持枪和自制武器袭击政府和人民，导致9人死亡、2人受伤并劫持3名人质。目前，越南逮捕了65名嫌犯，其中有人是总部设在美国的某组织成员，他们接到该组织的命令入境越南进行恐怖袭击。
