Angel in disguise. Many may not have enough to buy without substantial money. Now come out with this action....
If majority waiting for a new home more than the housing are built, there shouldn't be a problem for the sale.
So there is a real problem, houses are to expensive for many to own.

Can gov comment on families going around in public transport with pram or strollers?

How about a survey on how many times they have to wait for the lift in a mall before they can eventually pushed their pram or stroller in?

Small housing doesn’t give family the space they need having a baby and all the baby stuff. People buys diapers and milk powder in bulk to save $ but no space to store? They don’t have own transport so cannot be making multiple trips to keep going out to buy. Sure can online purchase but where for space to store?

They don’t understand to start a family today not only $ but also space and transportation.

Those who applied 3-4 rooms initially then changed to 5 rooms or higher ended how? Double scammed?

That's fantastic news for young couples! Lower downpayments can make a huge difference when starting. It's like a bit of help at the beginning of a big journey. Buying a flat is a big step, and every bit of support helps.
I remember when I was looking for a place; it felt overwhelming at times. But with these changes, it seems more manageable. Plus, with creative budgeting and planning, couples can save up faster. If you're looking for ways to save money, there are also great resources online for free baby stuff, especially if you plan to expand your family soon.
Sharing tips and tricks with friends makes the process smoother, too.
